Building On Our Families 40 Years of Experience in the Pizza Business, the First Vinnie’s Opened in March of ’93 in Waterbury. It Quickly Became A Popular Spot for Pizza in the Greater Waterbury Area. To Satisfy Customer Demand, A Second Location Was Opened in Middlebury in July of ’94. To This Day Both Restaurants Enjoy Continued Success. Vinnie’s Pizza Was Voted “best Pizza” in Greater Waterbury by the Waterbury Observer Multiple Times, “best Sausage Pizza” by the Prospect Pages and Was Favorably Reviewed by the Meriden Record Journal. in November of ’98 We Opened Our Third Location in Southington and in January 2004 We’ve Brought Domenic’s in Waterbury Back Into the Family Where It All Began. in Keeping With the Traditions That Made Us Famous, We Continue To Make Our Sauces Fresh Daily, Our Dough Several Times A Day and We Make Our Own Meatballs and Sausage. All Our Pizza’s Are Individually Hand Made To Order, and We’ve Designed Our Kitchen So That You May Watch the Entire Process. We Are Often Asked Why Do You Only Serve Pizza?
